Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026. By using this site or calling our line, you agree to these plain terms.
Who we are and what we do
Mount Laurel 24/7 Plumbing is a dispatch service at 305 Fellowship Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. When you call (609) 547-1417, a dispatcher takes your information and sends a licensed plumber to your address in Mount Laurel or a nearby town. The plumber who responds performs the work.
Using this website
You may read the pages for your own use and share a link to them. Please do not copy the site, scrape it or use it in a way that harms it or other visitors. We may change or remove pages at any time.
The site has no forms and no accounts. The only way to request service is to call the number above. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Information here is not a plumber on site
The guides and service pages are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your home, and they are not a substitute for a licensed plumber who can see the problem. Every house is different, and a safe fix depends on what is behind the wall.
Do not use a page on this site to attempt work that needs a license, a permit or special tools. Permit rules vary, so ask the Mount Laurel construction office before larger jobs.
Work, prices and the plumber who responds
The work is carried out by the licensed plumber who responds to your call. That plumber looks at the problem, explains your options and gives a clear price before work starts. You are free to say no, and nothing begins without your agreement.
Prices depend on the job, so no page on this site is an offer or a quote. We do not promise an arrival time, because earlier calls, traffic and weather change the schedule. The dispatcher will tell you what to expect when you call.
Emergency safety note
Our line is a plumbing line. It is not an emergency service for life-threatening situations.
- Gas smell. Leave the building, then call 911 and the gas utility from outside. Call us only after it is safe.
- Fire or smoke. Get out and call 911. Do not stop to shut off water.
- Medical emergency. Call 911 first, including for an electric shock from wet equipment.
Limits on our liability
We provide the website and the dispatch line as they are. To the extent New Jersey law allows, Mount Laurel 24/7 Plumbing is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on its general information or from delays in sending a plumber. Work performed at your home is the responsibility of the plumber who performs it.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under New Jersey law that cannot be waived.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If we change them, we will update the date at the top of this page. For questions, call (609) 547-1417 or see the contact page. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
