Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026. This site has no forms, so the phone is where nearly all information reaches us.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the website 247plumbermountlaurel.com and to calls made to our phone line, (609) 547-1417. Mount Laurel 24/7 Plumbing is a dispatch service at 305 Fellowship Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. We send licensed plumbers to homes and businesses in Mount Laurel and nearby towns.
The site has no forms, no accounts and no way to book through the site. If you want to share information with us, you do it by phone.
What we collect
- Your phone number, which we receive when you call.
- What you tell the dispatcher, such as your name, address, the town and a description of the plumbing problem.
- Recordings of calls to our line.
- Basic server logs from the website, such as the pages requested, the time and the browser type and IP address that made the request.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start and ask how to proceed.
How we use it
We use your phone number and the details you give to understand the problem, send a plumber to the right address, call you back if the call drops and answer questions about the visit. Recordings are used to check that calls were handled well and to train dispatchers.
Server logs help keep the site working and let us see whether a page loads correctly. We do not use the logs to identify you by name.
Plumbers who respond to your call
To send a plumber, we must pass along your address, phone number and a description of the problem to the licensed plumber who responds. That plumber then handles the visit and gives you the price before work begins.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep call details and recordings only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them. You can ask what we hold about your call by phoning the line, and you can ask us to delete a record. We may need to keep some information if the law requires it.
Our pages may link to outside sites, such as a map. Those sites have their own policies, and we do not control them.
Changes and how to reach us
